POLICIES:

CANCELLATION:

We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.


LATENESS:

If arriving 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time, the appointment is subject to being cancelled and all Microblading deposits will be forfeited.

NO GUESTS PLEASE:

Due to the nature of our detailed services and Health department Regulations, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. Please— no friends, spouses, children, and pets allowed.

DEPOSITS:

A 50% deposit is required to book and confirm all Microblading appointments. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your Microblading appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your session. This deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a future appointment one time.

BALANCE:

Remaining balance is due immediately upon service completion.

TOUCH-UPS:

Your first touch-up appointment is complimentary. This can be scheduled no sooner than 6 weeks and no later than 8 weeks following your first session. This touch-up appointment is crucial for the best results. Additional touch-up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with dark pigmented skin and people who do not follow after care instructions properly. Cancelling your touch up with less than 72 hours notice will result in that touch up being forfeited since it is a complimentary procedure.

EXISTING EYEBROW TATTOOS:

We are extremely selective when working over other tattoo artist's work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval at info@luxuryofgreensboro.com BEFORE your appointment booking. Please book a new full Microblading Service, the Touchups appointments can only be selected for previous clients of Luxury of Greensboro.

IMPORTANT FOR MICROBLADING CLIENTS:

Healed results will vary with each individual client. No guarantees can or will be made. Additional sessions (at a minimum charge) may be required to obtain optimal results. We have the right to refuse any client. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently.

MICROBLADING CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please read this policy before booking any microblading appointments at Luxury of Greensboro to make sure you fully understand. The reason for this policy is that we remain very booked for all services, with some clients waiting many months to be seen. While we are ever so grateful for our wonderful clients, timely and efficient service is a must for us to provide outstanding customer service. If you fail to comply with these policies we are unable to service everyone in a fair and efficient way. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and these policies exist to give all clients the absolute best experience possible. We are so thankful for your business and welcome any inquiries about this policy!


For all permanent makeup appointments, a 72 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We just ask that you please call and let us know, (voice mail if need be), text or email us at least 72 hours prior to your appointment time to cancel or reschedule. Should you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours before your appointment, you will forfeit your booking deposit. Should you wish to reschedule your appointment at that point, you definitely can, you will have to pay another non-refundable deposit to book another date.


Should you cancel or reschedule your free 6-8 week touch up appointment within 72 hours, or no call/no show for your appointment, you will be required to pay for your touch-up. Touch-up prices are listed above.


If you are over 15 minutes late to any appointment, you will be asked to reschedule, and the same policies above will apply. This is due to the fact that all clients receive thorough consultations and detailed, precise work. As a result, we will not rush your appointment or others. Therefore if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will forfeit your deposit and be required to pay for the balance of your appointment before you can re-book.

There will be no exceptions to this policy. By booking your appointment with Luxury, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the Cancellation Policy.
